yeah! I have installed a poppassd daemon
(http://ftp.kspei.com/pub/kspei/add-ons/fedora/1/i386/poppassd-1.8.4-0.fdr.0.1.i386.rpm
for fedora core 2) and it is running right and working perfecly :) even better
than I thought!
