[horde] Logout page

I have two questions, that are somewhat related:

1. I remember discussion a while back about how to change what page
comes up when the logout link is pressed, but couldn't locate it in the
archive.  Can someone tell me how to make the logout link, log a person
out AND go to a specific url?

2. I would like to change the Home link or add a link to the menu bar
that will let me link to another site.  How do I do that?
