[horde] CVS: insufficient data supplied

Hello,

after installing the CVS I've created the mysql databases for horde. I
can configure horde/imp/turba.. without problems but when I try to
change some preferences in imp (messages that should be displayed or
other prefs) then I get these error message during saving:

HORDE [imp] DB Error: insufficient data supplied: INSERT into
horde_prefs (pref_uid,pref_scope,pref_name,pref_value)
VALUES('test at domain.test','imp','sortdir',?) [on line 269 of
/usr/share/php/horde/prefs/sql.php"]

Error message depends on the change that I would made....

In the table horde_prefs there exists some entries so I don't know why
I get these error.
