[horde] _prefs_hook_fullname

Is there an easier way to make this hook work, other than require_once'ing the
hooks.php file in the prefs.php file and calling _prefs_hook_fullname for the
value of the fullname? I looked in the Prefs->callHook method and it appears
that this hook *should* be called upon login, but it is not...
