[horde] HEAD2004082, Duplicate IMP entries in menu

I must be doing something wrong, but ever since this:

$this->applications['imp-folders'] = array(
    'status' => 'block',
    'app' => 'imp',
    'blockname' => 'tree_folders',
    'menu_parent' => 'imp',
);

block appeared in registry.php, I get two E-mail (parent) entries in the
left-frame Horde menu, both with an IMP entry in it. Is that as it should be?

How does one get the tree folders block to work in the menu?
