[horde] Composite auth driver

I guess I didn't quite understand how this worked. I assumed that Horde would
attempt to use the first one in the array, and if it failed, ask the
_horde_select_loginscreen ().

Mea culpa.

So, how would I go about getting it to first do 'wps_sql' and then 'hordeapp'?
