[horde] Mailbox.php not opening??

I think I may have discovered a deeper problem...

When I try to view the page in other browsers like Mozilla or Firefox, the
page simply shows up as garbled characters... this is a fresh install of
horde and IMP so I have no idea what's going on, can anyone help?
