[horde] Setting Up Weather

Greetings;

I've been away for awhile and have not tracked changes to how
weather now works. I've looked in the wiki but did not see
anything that could explain how to setup my location.  I've
added weather to be seen within horde but I get:

Weather Forecast
No location is set.

I've added within horde/config.php both my user ID and
password.

How and where do I setup my location?  I've alreday added my
location under hordes options.
