[horde] Strange Happenings after CVS update

Hello,

Just did a CVS update a few minutes ago. After which I updated the
framework. After I logged in my portal layout was missing a number of blocks
and I am unable to open any mail folders, kronolith, nag or mnemo. I just
get a blank page. There are no errors in the horde log (debug level set) or
the  web server logs that would point me in any direction.

Please help.
