[horde] Problem after CVS update

I'm getting:

Hello,

Just did a CVS update and now all horde pages are being displayed with a
white backround and blue line around the icons. I'm only seeing this is
Firefox. IE seems to be ok.

All stylesheet caching is off and so is compression in php.ini
