[horde] Layout is screen is messed up on HORDE HEAD

Hello,

I have installed a fresh version of HORDE HEAD (with most of the apps).
Everything looks good except that the "layout" screen is all messed up. The
graphics are cutoff and the add button causes the application to change it's
width.
