[horde] How can i get the horde layout setup?

I was just wondering how i can get the horde layout setup right. By
that i mean how can i get it so that i have the main menu on the left
with my horde apps and then on the top have the menu for the app that
is in use? I'm using the latest cvs snapshot but haven't been able to
find what i'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
