[horde] Horde Installation Problem, username authentication

It doesn't seem like those are instructions for the CVS version. 

They are under Section 4, Configuring Horde, and the CVS instruction are
under Section 3.2.

Am I missing something?

I guess my basic problem is, how do I log in for the first time.  I have
tried setting it up with MySQL authentication as well, but I don't know
what to login as for the first time.
