[horde] MCAL Support and Windows

Hello,

I'm sucessfully installed everything necessary to run Horde 2.2.6 on my 
Windows machine using Apache 2, expect MCAL support.  This is according to 
the test.php page in horde.  However, the problem I'm running into is that 
MCAL is only supported for the UNIX os, not Windows.  Is there an 
alternative to the MCAL support on Windows boxes or is MCAL even needed at 
all to allow Horde to run sucessfully?  Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.
