[horde] getting user info from log

I am not sure if this is a Horde or IMP question. There is a log written to
/tmp/horde.log.  

I would like to maintain some history (about 4 weeks) and I noticed it is
truncrated back to the previous Friday at 4:08 am 

I could not find a cron job or log rotate job to account for it.  I also
searched the FAQ and the lists back to June.

I am running RH 3.0 ES
Horde 2.2.5
Imp 3.2.5
PHP 4.3.2
