[horde] Problems with logout

Regarding HEAD branch

I have a the following problems with logout::

1. When using IMP authentication, logout by clicking the logout icon in 
the IMP menu, doesn't work. (session persists)
2. When using Horde with imap authentication and 
$conf['menu']['links']['logout']='authenticated' and 
$servers['imap']['hordeauth']=true a logout icon is *not* shown in the 
IMP menu (don't know if this is the right behaviour).
3. When using the configuration mentioned under 2, logout by clicking 
the logout icon in one of the other apps, the screen isn't refreshed 
after logout (side-menu persists)
