[horde] Upgrading problems...

Ok. Where/What do you think I should do next? Here are some differences in the
frameset that works (from about two weeks ago) and the new (via cvs).

Old (two weeks ago) has:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Frameset//EN"
"DTD/xhtml1-frameset.dtd">

New (via CVS) has:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN"
"http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/frameset.dtd">

Notice the "http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/" in front of the
fameset.dtd on the new (cvs) version...could this be a cause of the problem?
