[horde] Datatree related issues

Using today's HEAD I ran into problems with the sidebar frame not displaying at
all; no matter what I did.

I have also previously been complaining about problems with folders not showing
up in the sidebar folder display.

Ten seconds ago, I cleared all horde.history entries with a user_uid of 'joho'
(that'd be me), and then re-loaded the whole frameset. Now I see all folders,
the left sidebar frame doesn't disappear (or fail to show), etc. Whoa!
