[horde] Horde_Form::setSection() Break

I'm writing some custom forms and am becoming really familiar with the
Horde_Form class (which I have to say makes life so much easier).  I do have
a question regarding setSection() tho.  It seems that once you begin doing
setSections, you can't get out of it.

Basically I'd like to have a big comment box at the bottom of the page, with
the forms above it.  Is this even possible at the moment?
