[horde] Problems with menu (HEAD)

Regarding HEAD

My menu's of Horde, Kronolith, Mnemo, Nag and Turba are damaged, i.e. no logout
links are shown when $conf['menu']['links']['logout'] = 'authenticated'; .

Within Kronolith, Mnemo and Nag I get _two_ problem links when
$conf['menu']['links']['problem'] = 'authenticated'; , i.e. one next to
'Options' and one next to 'Show'.

The IMP menu is fine.
