[horde] Problem with getparam after upgrade

Hello Listers

I have just upgraded my horde installation from cvs... I have upgrade 
horde, framework, imp, nag, nmemo, kronolith but when I try to type 
http://myserver.com/horde I get this error message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getparam() in 
/var/www/html/horde/config/prefs.php on line 107

I have checked the logs and the prefs.php and it seem to be right...

Any suggestions?
