[horde] problems with fresh install

[Hermit]

I played around with the head version 
for about a week and decided to do a 
fresh install.  The test page looks good 
but I get:

Initial page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function:

on line 5

Clicking on setup:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: 
add() in

Clicking on permissions:

Clicking on PHP shell:

Nothing like this when I did the first 
install and I have done a couple of 
rsyncs after looking at the latest 
archive suggesions.
