[horde] DB PORTABILITY

I have this notice popping up all over the place.  I had to comment it out of 
one section of code to be able to log back  in.  I have 'googled' and found out 
what this is but not really how to stop it.  I am using Postgres as a database. 
  Is my answer just to kill it in the code I find it in?

Notice: Use of undefined constant DB_PORTABILITY_LOWERCASE - assumed 
'DB_PORTABILITY_LOWERCASE
