[horde] admin error

When I try I get

[client 192.42.240.245] PHP Fatal error:  Undefined class name 'pear' in
/usr/local/apache/php/lib/php/Horde/Form.php on line 146, referer:
http://morison.biz:81/horde/services/portal/menu.php

in my httpd error log.
