[horde] Turba without LDAP

Hi, 

Using HEAD Turba and Framework from today, 
I set Turba to localsql...

      6 $conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql';

Then I click on the Adressbook and it takes longtime because it cant
connect to a LDAP server. (81) Can't contact LDAP server.
But why it tries to connect to LDAP, if I setup to localsql?
