[horde] add(); functions in multiple modules

Hey guys, i seem to have a problem with Whups, nag, and jonah..
here are the logs from apache, horde.log really didnt show much...

test.php shows that everything is ok with prereqs, however i noticed
that on the demo site, they had many more php extensions than i
had...fileinfo is there on mine btw!
