[horde] Translation probleme

[support_mail]

Hi
I have some text ,lot in the option pages, who are not translate in my
language (french) complety My test.php page say safe_mode_disable = no so i
try to put it in my /etc/php.ini and restart the machine but nothing change
on the test.php page and i have already the problem !! of course i try yes
and no for value of  "safe_mode_disable " 
How can i resolve this ?
