[horde] Always show frame

This list is strict.  I sent a thank you to to Thomas O'Brien for his help with 
my weather.com problem and got "Sent:    (message data)
Received:550 Error: Message content rejected". ???

Any how, I was having problems staying logged in when I first entered a session 
and the problem disappeared when I unchecked the box to force frames.   Some one 
told me that it was sending 3 different cookies?  Just passing this along in 
case it helps.
