[horde] problem with include_path horde 3 RC1

already did that (restart apache).

i have two horde installations, in the same server. One is horde 2.2.7, working
perfectly fine.

When i go to the test.php from the horde 2 installation and then to the phpinfo
page, it shows the correct path from php.ini.

but when i go to the horde 3 test.php page it shows the old path and in the
phpinfo page called from the horde 3 test page, it also shows the incorrect
path. It look like some kind of cache is keeping the old path information.
