[horde] Tracking modules after release

These two solutions are the safest. But we will have to keep backward
compatibility in Horde and these applications anyway to allow users to
install them on a Horde 3 release version, once they go final.

So a third option might be to install the final versions of the released
application and stick with HEAD for the other ones. But there is no
guarantee that this will really work.
