[horde] H3-RC1: IMAP Admin Problem

I'm trying to get my user's to list properly and I'm getting an error of:

    Too many login failures
    [line 234 of /var/www/html/horde-3.0-rc1/admin/user.php]

After further review, I found that the password that is being sent is garbage,
so I simply hardcoded in my password and I was able to get a little further. 
I'm not doing anything crazy in my config of the mail server (see config at the
bottom).

Next, after making the hardcoded change (above) I am now getting the error,
multiple times as:

Warning: Unknown modifier '(' in
/var/www/html/horde-3.0-rc1/lib/Horde/IMAP/Admin.php on line 201

and I'm receiving no users listed.

I am running Cyrus in unix hierarchy mode, so a quit lm shows the following:
