[horde] Installing Thor

Hi,

Thor's backend is Horde's Datatree and there is therefore no need for
having its own table.
Thor is still alpha code and is not to be used in production
environments. Feel free to test it and report any feature you would like
to be implemented. For that you are encouraged to use the Whups
installation in bugs.horde.org so that we can better keep track of such
requests.
