[horde] sessions

I'm having a lot of troubles with sessions.  Some times I can log in and 
everthing seems to go fine.  I have made some changes and thought they 
helped for a while.  I tried switching from the default handler to 
postres sessions.    With the db sessions I get logged in and right back 
out via imap.  I have Imp doing the auth.  That led me to discover that 
I am also being logged out via imap with the default. 

Any clues where I should be looking?
