[horde] German Howto

Hi list,

Since I'm not that good in Speaking english, I'd like to setup a 
documentation project to create a nice HOWTO to set up Horde with the 
most used
modules.
If this idea is liked, I try to find some which speak german fluent and 
want to help to create one of a good howto.

I've learned alot now with playing over 2.2.x to 3-RC-2, and I think 
there is still a leak in the documentation from scrap.
