[horde] Version Control

What happened to the horde/lib/horde/VC.php file and the
horde/lib/horde/VC directory in 3.0 RC3
(http://cvs.horde.org/horde/lib)? Am I looking in the wrong place? I'm
trying to access Subversion thru Chora, but it's not working. All that
happens is the server's CPU gets maxed. Not quite sure how to debug
that, but I'm trying.

Also, can anyone tell me where the VC_svn (or VC_cvs) class gets
initialized? Not sure if it's in Chora or Horde. The lines seem to be
very hard to determine, which is very annoying.
