[horde] IMP and attachments

yes: (from mi php.ini)

error_reporting  =  E_ALL
display_errors = Off
display_startup_errors = Off
log_errors = On

ignore_repeated_errors = Off

and im not getting any errors in the log when the attachment thing happens or
when the
"edit atendees" button is pressed.
