[horde] Left menu scroll bar

Version : Latest HEAD

In the left-hand menu I am not getting a horizaontal scroll bar when 
folders are expanded, making it impossible to read long folder names. 
Also, tootips are no longer present as they used to be in the older 
versions of horde.

This happens with Firefox and Mozilla but not IE6. The horde/imp install 
is a fresh install and not an upgrade.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?
