Hi To Everyone,

I performed the above, and that didn't not fix weatherdotcom.  But, after 
running #pear help, I found other commands, like #pear list-upgrades.  That 
listed:

So, I then ran #pear upgrade-all and it upgraded the packages above, and 
voila, weatherdotcom was working again.

I hope this works for everyone else too!
