[horde] date format

I have the following installed and working fine 

 Horde: 2.2.3 , IMP: 3.2.1, Turba: 1.2 ,Kronolith: 1.1, Mnemo: 1.1, Nag: 1.1

The users prefer to have the date displayed in the british format (dd/mm/yyyy) instead of the current settings. Can someone please tell me how to change this?
