[horde] Horde Not Saving Preferences

Hello,

I have just installed Horde for the first time (3.0), and feel like I'm nearly there. However, there seems to be a problem saving preferences. For example, if I add a new identity in Options->Personal Information (Horde), this all seems to work fine, and the message "Your options have been updated" appears, however the new identity is not there if I go back into Personal Information.

I am using MySQL as the database.
