[horde] Horde 3 login problems

Yup your right, works ok on Firefox. Hmm thats a bit worrying as most users I know use IE. :(

I see exactly the same in some pc's with internet explorer, it keeps
looping to
the login page. I even changed all the security settings in IE to the minimum
level, but no change.

I dont know why, but it happens just in some Internet Explorer, all
from the 6.x
branch.
