     It looks like the patch may be messed up:

1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file
lib/XML/WBXML/ContentHandler.php.rej
The next patch would create the file lib/XML/WBXML/DTD/SyncML.php,
which already exists!  Applying it anyway.
