[horde] Permissions Administration problem (READ THIS ONE)

Ive configured the DataTree but when I try to add the permission im 
getting a blank screen in horde/admin/perms/edit.php

No errors in the http-error.log. How can I debug it ?

FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE
Horde - 3.0
Rakim - CVS Version
Apache/2.0.50 (FreeBSD) PHP/5.0.2 mod_perl/1.99_18 Perl/v5.8.5
