[horde] Three cheers

The list seems to be filled with people having trouble with Horde apps,
or bummed out because this-or-that feature isn't present or doesn't work
the way they want.  I guess those for whom things "just worked" just
don't have much to say!

Let's all take a minute to appreciate the fine work that Jan and the
whole crew have done.

I know I've installed a bunch of web applications for various purposes.
Horde is by far the easiest to install, particularly Horde 3.  It is
also the most full-featured, integrated suite of web applications I've
seen, and taken together, it represents a huge amount of functionality.
Finally, delving into the code itself, I've found it to be a remarkably
well-written and readable system.  That's not easy in PHP!

So hats off to y'all, and keep up the good work.
