[horde] Horde 3.0.2 not working

[Darren Martz]

PHP appears to be working fine for all my other apps (eventum, squirrelmail,
postfixadmin) but none of them use the code cache - to the best of my
knowledge.

Any hints as to dealing with a broken code cache?
