[horde] Horde 3.0.2 not working

I'm running gentoo, so I started removing parts. The problem appears to be
resolved 100% this time.

I had PECL-apc and PECL-mailparse installed, and once they were removed
everything just started working again.

I've been fighting that bugger for a month now.
