[horde] unknown warnings

If you are using the snapshot and downloading the framework, you
need to uncomment the line in horde/core.php:

ini_set('include_path', dirname(__FILE__) . PATH_SEPARATOR .
ini_get('include_path'));

Note: this assume you install the framework into horde/lib.
