[horde] Administration Page is missing?!

Hi @all,

for me the installation worked fine (test.php was ok), just when i try to
open the general page for the first time administration there is just a
blank page, no error, nothing!
any idea?
i am using redhat 9, horde 3 (+ IMP 4), apache 2, php 4.3.5...
