[horde] gollem registry issues

Hi,

I've installed the following versions of horde/imp/gollem/turba:

horde-3.0.2
pear-1.3
turba-h3-2.0
imp-h3-4.0.1
framework-HEAD-2005-01-16
gollem-HEAD-2005-01-19

But I'm having no end of trouble trying to make gollem work.
Specifically, I can configure gollem through the admin setup page
and it says the application is ready /but/ going directly to the
/horde/gollem/ URL spits back a "gollem is not activated" error.

Any ideas?
