[horde] Sidebar hammering server

I'm not sure if this is Horde problem, a client problem or a proxy problem, but
it seems to have arrived with my installation of H3.

A machine I use at work seems to refuse to cache any icons from the sidebar. In
fact, it may extend to other pages as well, but its in the sidebar that I'm
really seeing the problem. The particular IMAP account has a large number of
folders (getting on to 100 I think) and each time the sidebar reloads it is
downloading nearly 400 items. Yes, for one reload of the sidebar there can be
dozens of downloads of the *same* .png file. Not only is this hammering the
server and using a lot of extra bandwidth, it's filling up logs like there's no
tomorrow.

I have an old CVS installation (about 6 or 7 months I think) and current release
running in parrallel and only see this problem with the release version. Has
anyone any clues as to where I might find the problem? The client is IE6
connecting through a proxy of some sort, almost certainly by MS.
